ET Training:

An experienced, highly-skilled instructor can be provided for your facility.

Each instructor is a certified Level III / ET, with many years of experience.

Courses would typically cover Level I, Level II, or Level III course structures as defined in SNT-TC-1A, CP-189, ATA105, or other recognized codes, standards, and/or recommendations.

Based on instructor qualification through the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), these courses would normally be specific to eddy current testing (ECT) or remote field testing (RFT) technology.

JECNDT can assist you in the process of qualifying your personnel to become certified inspectors, as defined in your QA program.

ET Seminars

Many people in a management or oversight role within their organization do not need to go through a full training course, since they do not need to be officially qualified in a specific technique or application.

However, they may need to be able to tell if and when the people actually performing the NDT tasks are doing them correctly and in compliance with existing codes or procedures.

ET Technical Support / Tubing Inspection Services

JECNDT staff are fully qualified under ASNT and EPRI/QDA code criteria for performing nuclear steam generator tubing data interpretation.

These established skills are applicable to nuclear steam generator tubing data analysis, as well as any other tube-and-shell heat exchanger inspections.

These tools may be applied to tubing that is either 
ferritic or non-ferritic in nature.

Tubing inspection can be performed at the
manufacturing point (mill), at the assembly or heat exchanger construction point, on the heat exchanger prior to actual field operations (PSI—pre-service inspection), or after some period of use (ISI—in-service inspection).
